Location: Medway, Kent | Salary: £100 – £120 per day (depending on experience) | Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Full-time and Part-time (Flexible Supply)

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work within a highly regarded secondary school in Medway. The school is known for its strong academic focus, excellent behaviour standards, and supportive leadership team.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning, confidently delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining a focused classroom environment. Every Cover Supervisor in this setting is valued for the stability and consistency they bring to students’ learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure all work is completed and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Follow all safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a UK secondary school classroom (essential)
• Confidence leading classes independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional and reliable approach
• Right to work in the UK
• An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
