  • Pay: £100.00 – £130.00 per day (salary depends on experience and/or qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive, structured environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth work).
  • A strong interest in progressing into teaching or education careers.
  • Knowledge of autism, ADHD, and inclusive support strategies.
  • Confidence managing behaviour and leading groups of students.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
