Requirements / Experience
You will have experience in a management role within a quality restaurant or hotel, and be a natural host who thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead a passionate, friendly front of house team who love what they do.
- Deliver a warm, personable guest experience that feels effortless yet polished.
- Oversee the smooth running of service from morning through to evening.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to showcase the best of Cornwall on the plate and in the experience.
- Support, train and motivate your team, helping them to grow within a supportive and caring company.
