Home Care Assistants – Lisbellaw

NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in healthcare for over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for morning and afternoon rotas in Lisbellaw. No experience or qualifications are required as NWCare provide full bespoke training in their in‑house training academies.

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 18:30

Rota Pattern

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern:

• Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person‑centred care
• Promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Well‑organised, professional, caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Qualifications

QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
