The Role
As part of a committed and supportive team, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with complex needs
- Assist in delivering tailored learning and care plans
- Support students’ emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
- Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children, especially those with additional needs
- A caring, patient and resilient nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to commit to a full‑time role
- Availability for an ASAP start
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced Child‑Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Relevant experience is desirable but not essential – the right attitude matters most
