Teaching Assistants & Pastoral Support Assistants

The Role

As part of a committed and supportive team, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with complex needs
• Assist in delivering tailored learning and care plans
• Support students’ emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
• Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children, especially those with additional needs
• A caring, patient and resilient nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to commit to a full‑time role
• Availability for an ASAP start
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Essential Requirements

• Enhanced Child‑Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential – the right attitude matters most
