About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, eager to learn and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Kitchen’s leadership team to recruit, train and mentor junior members of the team
- Develop a supportive and nurturing atmosphere within the team
- Assist in developing new menu items
- Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Lead by example, demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards
Qualifications
- Experience working in high-end, fast-paced environments
- An eagerness to learn
- Good organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team
- The ability to lead, mentor and motivate others
- A positive mindset
- A genuine passion for working in hospitality
