Travel Sales Consultant – Indian Ocean and Caribbean
Our client is a well-established luxury travel company specializing in the Indian Ocean (Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Mauritius) and the Caribbean. They work with leading UK travel companies and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and book luxury accommodation properties to travel trade partners, both within the UK and internationally.
- Manage the entire customer journey, ensuring consistent and excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Answer phone and email enquiries promptly.
- Work towards sales targets using upselling, cross‑selling and switch‑selling techniques.
Requirements
- Previous travel sales experience – essential.
- Strong knowledge of travel products and destinations in the Indian Ocean or Caribbean.
- Excellent all‑round product and destination knowledge.
Employment Details
- Base salary: £30,000–£33,000 (depending on experience); OTE £50,000‑£60,000.
- Hybrid – London (Central) or fully remote within the UK.
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
