About the Role

We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals within the community across Hertfordshire. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping people maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
• Assisting with medication (where required)
• Supporting clients with mobility and companionship
• Traveling between clients’ homes within the community
• Maintaining accurate care records

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Willingness to travel within the community
• A caring, patient, and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
