Salary: £32,374.45 per annum + excellent benefits

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday – Friday 5.45am – 2.15pm, Monday to Friday including Saturday after bank holiday weekend.

As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader in our Breckland team, you’ll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Watton. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You’ll Be Entrusted To

  • You will set off on a pre‑planned route as the driver with your team of Loaders you are working with collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • You will be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
  • Before setting out on your rounds, you will ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready.

  • Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence & Driver CPC
