About the Role
We are looking for an experienced electrician to transition into a stable, rewarding teaching career within a growing education provider. In this role you will deliver Electrical Installation courses to Level 1‑3 apprentices and learners, fostering practical skills and professional behaviours both in classroom and workshop settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Electrical Installation training in classroom and workshop environments.
- Teach and support learners at Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications.
- Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices.
- Engage with students to build practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours.
- Support curriculum and assessment planning and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in Electrical Installation or a related electrical trade.
- Hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent).
- Commutable to Huntingdon.
- Interest in moving into a training or education role.
- No prior teaching experience required.
