A lovely primary school in Wandsworth is looking for a dedicated learning support assistant to join the team after half term to support a pupil with SEN.
The Role
You will be working on a 1:1 basis, supporting a child on the Autism spectrum who is currently in Year 4. It’s a full‑time role, starting on 1 June when his current 1:1 is leaving, and is likely to continue in September. The child spends a lot of time in class, so there will be times when you will be working directly with him, as well as working as a general classroom assistant supporting the class teacher and other children within the class.
Trials will be carried out in the week beginning 1 June, with the full‑time role starting on 8 June.
