Work Based Tutor – Electrical Installation
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum. Salary: £32,916 – £42,280 per annum.

Description
Chelmsford College is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Assessor to inspire and support our apprentices. The successful candidate must have extensive industry experience, strong ICT skills, and the ability to work in a well-organised and flexible manner. Knowledge of Smart Assessor would be desirable.
Responsibilities
- Join the Building Services and Renewable Energy Department as a Work Based Tutor assessing within Electrical Installation, supporting apprentices completing the Level 3 Standard.
- Carry out site visits, monitoring learner progress, and preparing learners for their AM2 assessment.
Qualifications and Experience
Extensive industry experience in electrical installation and assessment.
Strong ICT skills.
Experience with the Smart Assessor platform is desirable.
Other Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Ability to work in a well-organised and flexible manner.
