Job Type: Casual Contract – Salary £18 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide food/service to a consistent high standard, supporting senior chefs with functions across various areas.
- Manage stock levels in your section, ordering as required.
- Ensure food presentation meets senior chefs’ standards.
- Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Handle reasonable requests from Senior Management.
- Organise and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Work under pressure while maintaining excellent standards.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, communicating strongly and paying attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a 5‑star hotel or Michelin‑star restaurant desirable.
- Ability to manage stock and maintain presentation standards.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
