Job Type: Casual Contract – Salary £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food/service to a consistent high standard, supporting senior chefs with functions across various areas.
• Manage stock levels in your section, ordering as required.
• Ensure food presentation meets senior chefs’ standards.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Handle reasonable requests from Senior Management.
• Organise and prioritise workload efficiently.
• Work under pressure while maintaining excellent standards.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team, communicating strongly and paying attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a 5‑star hotel or Michelin‑star restaurant desirable.
• Ability to manage stock and maintain presentation standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
