Job Title: Learner Support Officer
Location: King’s Lynn
Hours: 21 to 35 hours per week (term-time plus up to 5 paid training days per annum)
Salary: £13.38 – £13.59 per hour (plus a holiday enhancement of £2.66 to £2.69 per hour) (£25,749 – £26,149 per annum FTE)
Responsibilities
Located within the College of West Anglia’s foundation learning provision, Learner Support Officers provide invaluable support to learners throughout their course, from pre‑entry through level 1. Working both inside and outside the classroom, you will support students with educational health and care plans or recognised special educational needs in areas such as maths, English, independent living skills and more. No two days are the same, and you will be part of a thriving foundation learning support team that continually grows and improves.
