Cover Supervisor
Location: Bristol and surrounding areas
Salary: £120 – £150 per day, depending on experience | Weekly PAYE pay

Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for a variety of long‑term and short‑term placements starting from September 2026. We work in partnership with a wide network of secondary schools across Bristol and surrounding areas, offering fantastic opportunities for those looking to build experience, develop their career, or secure flexible school‑based work.
Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes of up to 30 secondary students
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth learning
- Support students in the absence of their regular teacher
- Create a safe, productive, and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential – full training can be provided
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education)
