Hours: 32.5 hours per week – Term Time only
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Grade 2 and Grade 3 salary calculated in line with NJC Fringe pay scale

Responsibilities
Work alongside teachers to deliver inspirational and aspirational support for secondary‑aged students with Autism and communication difficulties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of working with pupils and/or young people with Autism
- Experience of working in a secondary setting
- Dedicated, adaptable individual with a passion for supporting teaching and learning
- Excellent team player, able to work collaboratively with all school staff
- Flexible, “I can do” attitude, willing to work in any class and with any pupils across the school
- Commitment to safeguarding our students
