BIM Recruiter is a leading technical recruitment consultancy serving clients in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering sectors in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role with full training and serious earning potential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Winning new business and building client relationships
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing vacancies from brief to placement
• Developing your own market within construction and engineering
• Working towards targets, deals, and commission

What we’re looking for:

• Confident and driven
• Money-motivated and competitive
• Strong communicator
• Resilient with a great work ethic
• Sales, customer service, or construction/engineering experience is a bonus
• IT Skills (email, working with databases, MS office) – a distinct advantage
