Aspire People is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants and Cover Supervisors to join schools and alternative provision settings in the Wolverhampton area, supporting students with SEND, SEMH, Autism, and complex needs.
The Role:You will work closely with teachers and school staff to provide high-quality support to children and young people, helping them achieve their full potential. This may include:
Supporting students with learning and behaviour needsImplementing personalised strategies for SEMH, Autism, and complex needsAssisting in the classroom and/or supervising groups as a Cover SupervisorManaging behaviours that challenge with patience, consistency, and care
We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in schools or with children in the UKExperience of dealing with behaviours that challengeKnowledge of SEMH, Autism, complex needs, and SENDRelevant qualification in education, SEND support, or similarCalm, resilient, and patient approachReliable, flexible, and available for daily emergency cover as well as long-term assignments
