Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are looking toappoint a Teaching Assistant. Ifsuccessful you will join a team of Teaching Assistants who are key insupporting both the learning and pastoral needs of our pupils, by deploying arange of coaching strategies and interventions at individual, group and wholeclass level.

The successfulcandidate will:

• Assist with thedevelopment and implementation of Individual Education Plans
• Establish good working relationships with pupilsacting as a role model and setting high expectations
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all
• Establish and maintain an appropriate learningenvironment under the supervision of the teacher
