Location: 175 Glasgow Road, Edinburgh, UK | Salary: £14.50 per hour | Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri).

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety.
- Oversee production of all food items assigned to your station, maintain supplies and keep the area clean.
- Maintain high quality standards for all food handled, focusing on presentation and taste.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and keep equipment in working order.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or a passion for food.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
