As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
  • Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks
  • Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries.
  • Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to allergens.
  • Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
