What We’re Looking For

• Passionate and committed Teaching Assistants
• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• SEN experience desirable – particularly supporting pupils with additional needs
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A genuine desire to support children’s learning and development
