Responsibilities
As a Chef De Partie, you will have the responsibility for running ‘YOUR’ section on busy shifts. You will be trusted to run the kitchen on less busy shifts and will be an integral part of the brigade.
You will be involved in menu design and daily specials, owning ‘your menu’. We do not focus on foams, gels & smears; we require proper chefs who cook great ingredients perfectly every time. The main menu will change with the seasons, and specials should show imagination, flair, and personality. You will be supported and developed by our Sous & Head Chefs and will train our Commis’ and KP’s.
We will give you the knowledge to one day be a Head Chef, with regular training days and visits.
