Chef de Partie — Lead Section, European Classics (Full-Time)

Chef & Cook is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join The Waterway, a top local pub in Maida Vale. You will manage a section of the kitchen and prepare classic and modern European dishes using fresh ingredients.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £14 to £15 per hour based on experience. With at least 2 years in a similar position, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
