An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Community Development Team. You will be working across different communities and alongside local partners focusing on community development and wellbeing in the South Lakeland area, providing support within this service area and to elected members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and responsive support through the organisation of resources, information, administration, finance, and engagement support.
• Coordinate events and activities, dealing with residents, organisations, partner agencies and internal teams.
• Occasionally work unsocial hours and travel independently across the county.
