About The Role
We are a Spanish restaurant in the heart of Chelsea and are looking for a talented Chef the Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining high standards, and supporting junior team members to deliver exceptional dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage and organise your section (mise en place)
- Supervise and support commis chefs and junior staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a commis chef or chef de partie
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
