Learning Support Assistant and Midday Meals Supervisor

• hasprevious experience working with SEND children in a formal capacity, being apositive role model, demonstrates a constructive, caring and energetic approachto the education of children and raising attainment and standards
• hassignificant commitment and interest in supporting SEND pupils, meeting theirvaried needs
• beflexible to the demands of the SEND pupil, adopting required strategies whilstensuring the best interests of the child are met
