A luxury wellness brand is looking for a Counter Manager to be a brand ambassador in a leading luxury department store in London. This role offers commission on sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement and expert product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, implementing strategies to boost performance.
- Provide personalised consultations, educating customers on the benefits of the products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio.
- Ensure the counter is impeccably presented and stocked at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Act as the face of the brand, upholding the brand’s prestige and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for in-store events and promotions.
Qualifications and Experience
You are required to have proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury beauty or wellness sector. Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in the science behind the products. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
