About the Role
To succeed as a Recruiter, you will need to be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships. You will embark on a 12 week training programme, quickly moving into a lucrative 360 role.

Pay range and compensation package
£28,000 – £32,000 – Basic Salary, Market leading commission structure – £50,000 1st Year on target earnings rising to £70,000-£80,000 Year 2.
