Job Title: FLT Driver / Delivery Driver (Temporary)

Location: Conwy

Pay Rate: £14.03 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Contract Type: Temporary

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Conwy, who are seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with local delivery driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (approximately 80% of the role)
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Supporting general warehouse operations within a busy production environment
• Carrying out stock movement and storage tasks
• Completing local deliveries to customers (approximately 20% of the role)
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Adhering to health & safety and food hygiene standards

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in delivery driving is desirable
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
