HBK Manchester is expanding! We are looking for an experienced South Indian Culinary Expert with a passion for dosa, idli, sambar, and other southern delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook a variety of South Indian dishes: dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and moreMaintain a clean and efficient kitchen environmentInnovate and update menu offerings based on regional specialitiesAssist in training kitchen assistants and managing suppliesEnsure food safety compliance at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in South Indian cookingFamiliarity with South Indian kitchen equipment like dosa tawas and wet grindersStrong organisational and multitasking skillsNVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)Sponsorship available for the right candidate
