Front of House Team Member – Milton Keynes

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth
• Taking orders accurately at the counter or through table service
• Ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
• Delivering food and drinks with a smile, ensuring satisfaction
• Assisting with seating arrangements and maintaining a tidy dining area
• Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and passion for great customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team‑player with ability to work well in a positive environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous customer‑facing experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
