What they’re looking for
- Experience within a Multi Trader / domestic property maintenance or a similar hands on role
- A practical skillset across general trades
- Someone organised, proactive, and confident working independently
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using mobile tech to log and manage work
- Full UK driving licence

What you’ll be doing
- Tackling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties
- Diagnosing issues and finding practical, effective solutions
- Carrying out general repairs, basic decorating, and fabric maintenance
- Supporting engineers and other trades on larger or more complex jobs
- Assisting with site duties such as moving equipment and setting up safety barriers
- Completing routine compliance checks, including water hygiene and fire system testing
