What does a 360 Recruitment Consultant do?
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Win new business and negotiate business terms
- Build relationships with candidates
- Identify new opportunities within the market
- Organise interviews
- Negotiate salaries and rates
- Close deals and earn commission
This role is incredibly fast‑paced.
So, what are we looking for?
We hire on attributes as opposed to experience.
Across our current top billers, we have graduates fresh from university alongside individuals who have spent a few years in a range of careers including the Forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and even professional sport.
If you can show –
- 2:1+ in any subject OR 2 years commercial experience in any setting
- A strong work ethic

- Starting basic salary of £24k PLUS £2k commission guaranteed in advance whilst you build your commission pipeline = £26k from Day 1
