Family Support Worker – Surrey Heath Family Centre

Full Time – 37 hours per week. Salary range £28,124.46 – £37,117.07.

Position: Family Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of up to 15 families to deliver 1‑1 work
• Facilitate evidence‑based group work programmes and courses
• Be based at Surrey Heath Family Centre and travel throughout the borough of Surrey Heath, Surrey

Qualifications

• Experience supporting families
• Knowledge & experience of working within safeguarding procedures
• Skilled at conducting assessments & developing intervention plans that improve family resilience
