Secondary MFL Teacher

Overview

MFL (Spanish) Teacher required to start in a thriving and supportive school based in Barnet, West London.

Positions begin in January 2026 and are open to NQTs or experienced teachers.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent subject knowledge and instruction to KS3, KS4 and, where possible, KS5 Spanish.

Work within a well‑structured department and contribute to a positive and respectful learning environment.

Participate in CPD training and provide professional development opportunities to staff.

Proceed to parents’ evenings and other scheduled school activities.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• PGCE, SCITT or TEACH FIRST experience (preferred)
• English‑related degree (preferred)

Contract Details

• Location: West London – Brent
• Full time only
• Contract: Temp to perm
• Start date: January 2026
• Hourly rate: Pay to scale – Fringe
• Hours: 8 am – 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm, plus parents’ evenings
