Key Responsibilities

You’ll be a vital part of our airport Service Quality team — keeping systems running and supporting the people who keep planes moving.

You will learn to:

  • Analyse scanning conformance of the Hubs/Gateways and distribute to relevant functions for corrections
  • Customer requirements analysis/ report creating
  • Development of engineering data strategy
  • Data channel development and storage
  • PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Trend analysis of leading indicators
  • Development of web interfaces and applications
  • Collaborative working with other analysts in the business to develop standard ways of working
  • Support to other analysts within the service quality team

Complete a Data Technician apprenticeship qualification.
