Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only

We are working in partnership with inclusive and supportive specialist settings across Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, who are currently seeking passionate SEN Teachers. These schools are committed to creating nurturing learning environments where pupils with additional needs can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and personalised teaching across the secondary curriculum
- Support pupils with SEN to achieve meaningful academic and personal progress
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilities
- Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and development of the curriculum
We’re looking for someone who
- Holds UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has a passion for inclusive education and supporting pupils with SEN
- Can adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of additional needs
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Is creative, patient, and committed to making a lasting difference
