Pay: £85 – £100 per day

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Building strong and trusting relationships
- Assisting with classroom learning and routines
- Supporting emotional regulation strategies
- Working closely with teaching and SEND staff
- Promoting confidence, resilience and independence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people desirable
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Passion for inclusion and SEND support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
