Your Role as a Classroom Expert

  • High-impact Delivery — Follow pre-set lesson plans across the National Curriculum, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.

  • Flexible Support — Provide 1:1 or small-group guidance to students who need extra assistance with the set work.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS – Mandatory for this position.
  • Adaptability – The ability to step into any subject: from Humanities to Art and deliver a high-quality session.
  • Classroom Presence – Strong rapport-building skills and the confidence to manage 30+ students effectively.
  • Compliance – A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness) and a total commitment to Safeguarding.
