Job Description
You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Conveying the hotel’s image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
- Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
- Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
- Good knowledge of our products
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
- Receiving and processing customers’ payments
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables
- Taking a positive problem‑solving approach to guest problems and concerns
- Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service‑based industry is required.
- Sense of urgency.
- Yes, yes, yes mentality.
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
