HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke On Trent

Hours: Monday to Friday, start times between 7am and 8am

Pay Rate: £17 per hour, paid weekly

Workchain is currently looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting palletised goods safely to hubs
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Adhering to all relevant driving laws and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence – 2 years experience
• CPC qualification
• Digital tachograph card
