KS1 Teaching Assistant Required
Exclusive Education is currently recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Wigan area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children’s learning and development while working alongside an experienced and supportive education team.
Role Details
- Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant
- Location: Wigan
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Ongoing
- Hours: Full-time (5 days per week) – part‑time applications will also be considered
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3)
- Have recent experience working within KS1 in the last 2 years
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Have experience within Early Years, KS1 or KS2 settings
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting children’s learning
- Hold a current DBS registration on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
- Be eligible to work in the UK
