You will need to be able to enhance the standards and be creative with the food style and offering. You will have a steady background and have thought about your career and your journey so far, you may even be an inspired Senior Sous Chef ready for the break to run your own kitchen. This will be a balance of numbers against strong kitchen controls and professionalism.
