CAD Technician

Due to continued success a further CAD Technician do join the design team of 3.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and some 3D AutoCAD drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects
• Update and revise existing drawings in line with project changes
• Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, specifications, and mark‑ups
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines
• Maintain organised drawing files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience using AutoCAD (2D) and 3D AutoCAD or the desire to learn 3D AutoCAD in the future ideally within the construction or building industry
• Ideally an understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing

Monday to Friday 40 hour week
