Why Join Us
At DWF, we’re building workspaces that genuinely enable people to perform at their best. Based in the heart of Spinningfields, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile, multi‑site workplace environment spanning 82,000 sq. ft. You’ll lead from the front, shaping how our offices operate day‑to‑day while influencing longer‑term workplace strategy, employee experience, and service excellence across the business. This is a visible leadership role where your impact will be felt immediately, with working hours across a shift pattern between 7am-7pm (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
You’ll take full ownership of Workplace Services across our Manchester offices, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of all facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, and supplier coordination. You’ll lead a team of 11, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and creating a culture where service standards are consistently high. Alongside this, you’ll manage budgets, oversee procurement and vendor performance, and ensure all services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Beyond the day‑to‑day, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workplace environment. That includes leading on compliance, audits, and health & safety, supporting office moves and refurbishments, and contributing to wider workplace strategy around space planning, sustainability, and technology. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as the go‑to expert for Workplace Services while continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and enhance the overall employee and client experience.
