The Role
- Designing and developing menus
- Leading and managing the kitchen team
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Running a smooth and efficient kitchen service
- Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance
About You
Our client is looking for a seasoned and confident chef who can hit the ground running from day one. Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential, along with a proven track record of successfully running busy kitchens.
