Student Experience Advisor

Location: Central Bristol

Salary: £14.19 per hour

Hours: Full Time | Rotating Shifts

Start: Immediate | Commitment Until July or September

Shift Pattern

Full-time hours – Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm

5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute parcels and deliveries
• Carry out regular building patrols
• Respond to fire alarms and safety procedures
• Meet and greet students, visitors, and contractors
• Handle student enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide excellent front‑of‑house customer service
• Support the onsite team with day‑to‑day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable with strong timekeeping
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
