CDP CHEF: Neston, The Wirral

• Hours: 48 a week, day off at the weekend, 4 on 3 off
• Pay: circa £37,300 – £38,600 per year

48 hours a week, worked over 4 x 12 hour days, 3 days off.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a gastro pub, restaurant, hotel, or fresh‑food venue
• Confident running your own section from prep through to service
• Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients and changing menus
• Good understanding of stock control, waste management, and kitchen costings
• Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP
• Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
• Passionate about food, quality, and developing your career
