Job Description:

To attend and complete the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Scheme, in conjunction with Remit Training
To complete comprehensive practical training within the dealership
Achieve Level 3 Heavy Goods vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.

To complete and update a work experience portfolio with the cooperation of the training assessor from Remit Training
To attend MB Apprenticeship scheme and to ensure a high standard of behaviour, attendance and performance is maintained in line with both MB and Euro Commercials’ expectations
To assist qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
To carry out general duties within the workshop environment to include assisting with the cleanliness of the workshop and company courtesy vehicles
To comply with all company policies and procedures
To assist with the fitment of vehicle accessories
To experience and understand the value of quality workmanship
To promote the company and brand image with respect to reliability
To obtain general technical knowledge
To understand and be proactive in customer care
